From Schools:

Q: Do you deliver Teacher Development?

Yes, Sportscape cater for all School needs through INSET, Twilight & In-Class delivery. Teacher Development Programmes range from Session Structure ideas, right through to In-depth Sports Specific Lessons, and are all accompanied by appropriate planning resources and on-going support.

Q: What Sports do you deliver?

We deliver a wide-range of traditional and more diverse sports, all of which support the latest National Curriculum.

Q: Do you provide Planning and Assessment?

Yes, all sessions are fully planned and differentiated to meet each child’s needs, through our unique on-line platform.  Children are assessed and their physical literacy is tracked. For more information on Amaven, click here (please add the Amaven Hyperlink).

Q: Do all of your Coaches possess a DBS Certificate?

Yes, all of our Coaches hold a valid Enhanced DBS Certificate, Safeguarding Certificate, Emergency First Aid and have completed a Childcare (Disqualification) Questionnaire.

Q: How do you ensure Quality Provision?

Sportscape employ a designated Quality Assurance Manager, who completes 3 on-site school assessments per academic year.

From Parents:

Q: My child is coming to a Holiday Club, what do they need to bring?

The children will need a packed lunch, plenty to drink, appropriate sports clothes for indoor and outdoor play.

Q: What time can my child be dropped off at a Holiday Club?

Holiday clubs start at 9am, however we do provide wrap around care that starts at 7.30am and runs through to 6pm for late pick ups at certain venues.

Q: Do I have to stay and watch?

For After-School Clubs and Holiday Clubs, your children are in safe-hands and are encouraged to make new friends quickly.  We encourage parents to allow their children to be independent in our engaging sports sessions.

Our Mini-Kickers Activities are designed for full parent interaction and parents are required to stay and play.
